A professional email address is an email address associated with your domain name.

Create an email address

You can create an email address from your hosting control panel.

1. Log in to your hosting control panel

2. If not completed prior add your domain name to your hosting control panel and update its nameservers

⚠️ Before continuing, make sure the domain name intended for your email address is added to your hosting account.

3. Click the down arrow  next to your 🌐 domain name and choose the domain you want to manage

4. Click on the Email Accounts button

5. Click on + Create Account

6. In the Username field, type in your email address prefix. The prefix is the part before the @ symbol in your email address. For example, if we want to create the email address [email protected], the prefix is hello

7. In the Password field, generate a new password or input your own. If generating one, click the dice icon ⚁ ⚁ on the left side, and the system will generate one. To reveal the password, click on the eye icon 👁️ to the right. Note down your password on a secure note or in your password manager.

8. Click the Create Account button

9. You will get an Account Created popup with your email address login credentials. You will also see your POP/IMAP and SMTP settings, which you can use to add your email address on email apps (Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook) on your devices.

10. Now that you’ve created your email address, you can log in to your email using webmail or add it to email apps on your devices:

Delete an email address

You can delete an email address from your hosting control panel.

1. Log in to your hosting control panel

2. Click the down arrow  next to your 🌐 domain name and choose the domain you want to manage

3. Click on the Email Accounts button

4. Find the email address you want to delete and check the box next to it

5. Click the Delete button

6. Check the box next to Clean Forwarders and then click the Confirm button

7. Make sure to disconnect the email user from any external email applications across devices
