Log in to your email using webmail

Webmail allows you to access and manage your email through a web browser.

To access your email using webmail, log in either from the webmail login page or by using the login button on your hosting control panel.

This guide will show you the steps for both login methods.

Method: Hosting control panel

1. Log in to your hosting control panel

2. Click the down arrow ∨ next to your 🌐 domain name and choose the domain you want to manage

3. Click on the Email Accounts button

4. From the Account column, find your email address

5. Next to your email address, click on the arrow going into the square to log in to webmail

Method: Webmail login page

⚠️ Important: For this method, you will need to know your email address and password. To do an email address password reset, click here.

1. Open a new window or tab on your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)

2. Go to your webmail login page, which you can construct using the logic below:

https://webmail.yourdomain.com

Note: Make sure to replace yourdomain.com with your domain name. As an example, for the domain name skystrahelp.com, the webmail login page would be:

https://webmail.skystrahelp.com

3. On the webmail login page, fill in the fields:

• Username: Your full email address
• Password: Your email address password

4. After filling in the fields, click the Login button to log in to webmail
