View your service renewal dates

You can view your service renewal dates from your customer portal.

Hosting subscriptions

1. Log in to your Skystra user portal

2. If you have multiple hosting services, select the correct one from the dropdown. If you only have one hosting service, it will be selected by default.

3. Locate the Billing Overview tab, it will be selected by default

4. In the Billing Overview tab, locate the Next Due Date – this is the renewal date for your hosting service

Domain names

1. Log in to your Skystra user portal

2. Click on Domains from the menu

3. Find your domain name

4. Look for the Next Due column for your domain – this is the renewal date for your domain name registration. If Auto Renew is enabled, your domain name will automatically renew on its Next Due date.
