Re-activate suspended service

If your hosting service has been suspended, this could be due to an overdue subscription payment and/or a suspension due to an incident our team has reached out to you about that requires your action.

To unsuspend your hosting account, follow the steps below.

1. Go here: View and pay an invoice
2. Once your payment is processed, your account will be automatically reactivated

If you have paid your subscription in full and your account is suspended, view open notices to perform the action steps required to reactivate your account.

1. Log in to your Skystra user portal
2. View to see if there are any notices on your customer portal with action steps to get your service re-activated
