Reset your Skystra user portal password
Your user portal is where you can manage your services, payments, and support requests.
1. Go to the Skystra user login page
2. Above the Password field, click on the Forgot? link
3. On the Lost Password Reset page, enter the email address associated with your Skystra user account and click the Submit button
⚠️ You must enter the email address associated with your Skystra user account for the password reset to work.
4. You will receive a Lost Password Reset confirmation message. If the email address you entered matches the one associated with your Skystra user account, you will receive a password reset link at that email address.
5. Go to your email address inbox and check for the password reset email
6. In the email, click on the Reset your password link
7. On the Lost Password Reset page, type in a new password⚠️ in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. You can also click the Generate Password button to get one auto-generated for you, which will auto-fill both fields. Make sure to save your password on a secure note or your password manager and then click the Save Changes button.
⚠️ When setting your own password, you must adhere to these guidelines:
✓ Complex & Long: At least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
✓ Random: Avoid predictable information like names or common words
✓ Unique: Use a different password for each email account
8. You will get a Password Reset Successful screen. You can now return to the Skystra user login page and sign in with your user portal username (the email address associated with your user account) and your new password.
