Your payment method on your AccountCenter will automatically be set to the one you signed up with. If you want to change your Credit Card or switch to PayPal, follow the steps below. There are also steps for removing old payment methods.
To edit or add a new payment method, log into your account, click on the Billing tab in the main menu, and select Payment Methods:
If you have a credit card on file, you can edit it by clicking the Edit button:
To add a new credit card to your account, click the Add New Credit Card button:
If you want to set up PayPal as your preferred payment method, make sure to have no payment method on file. To take off your payment method on file, please get in contact with our Payments team on the HelpDesk letting us know you’d like to switch to PayPal and we’ll take your credit card off file.
Once your next invoice is generated, pay it manually with PayPal, and PayPal will provide you an option to set up the monthly billing agreement through the subscribe button directly on your Skystra invoice. Once completed, all future invoices will be automatically processed with your PayPal account.
Removing Old Payment Methods
If you want to remove the old payment methods from your account, please first add a new payment method using the steps above.
Once completed, open up a HelpDesk request with our Payments team by clicking on the Support tab from the main menu and let us know which payment method you’d like to remove and we will remove it for you.
