Welcome to WooCommerce Hosting by Skystra!
This guide will help you get started on your new WooCommerce web service.
How Do I Login To My Client Account?
You can log in to your account directly from our website through the Sign In button at the top right corner.
Your username is always the email you used to sign up, and the password is the one you set at sign up.
If you forgot your password, you can click Forgot Password and get a new one by email.
How Can I Start?
Our WooCommerce service comes with WordPress & WooCommerce installed for you. This means you can start building your online store right away.
You will use WordPress to build your site and WooCommerce to setup products and accept payments.
Your first step to build your store is to go to your WordPress Dashboard.
How Can I Get to My WordPress Dashboard?
To get to your WordPress Dashboard, you can follow these quick steps.
Once you’re logged into your WordPress dashboard, you can start building your online store.
Initial Store Setup
Once you log in to your WordPress Dashboard, click WooCommerce from the left hand menu:
Fill in the store location details to go to the next step.
The next screen allows you to choose your store’s product type/industry.
Next, choose if you plan to sell physical products, digital downloads, subscriptions, etc.
The Setup Wizard will then ask you to choose how many products you plan to display, if you currently have a store elsewhere and if you want to enable any additional features.
For the time being, we will leave these all unchecked as those can be enabled later through the Settings once we need to use them.
Finally, you can choose to continue with your active website theme or consider using a new theme. In our case, we decided to install and use the WooCommerce official free theme – Storefront instead of the WordPress default theme.
We also have a list of The Best WooCommerce Themes – check it out, one of those might work best for you.
Once you’ve selected your theme, the Setup Wizard will ask you to consider enabling JetPack and WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugins. We recommend skipping this as JetPack is a known resource hog.
That’s it. You’ve completed the initial setup!
You will be redirected to the WooCommerce panel in your WordPress Dashboard, where you can continue with the configuration and fine-tune your store.
How Do I Set Up My Email?

Quick Security Tips
Here are some quick security tips from our team:
- Make sure your passwords are not easy to guess. Use password generators when available.
- Ensure your passwords are not all the same and include special characters that are hard to guess.
- Enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) anywhere you can.
- Ensure that your WordPress version is always up-to-date, including any themes or plugins you use on it.
That’s it! We hope this guide helps build and manage your online presence on your WooCommerce Hosting service.
