This guide will help you get started on your new Ecommerce Hosting service.

How do I login to my client portal?

You can log in to your account directly from our website through the Sign In button at the top right corner.

Use the email address and password used when you created your account on sign up.

If you forget your password, you can click Forgot Password and get a new one by email.

How do I install an Ecommerce application on my account?

Installing applications on your account is a quick and easy process. First, log in to your App Manager.

Once in Softaculous, you will see the top scripts right on the front page, and you can click the Install button under any of those to proceed further, or you can use the Search function to find your desired software:

At any point, you can click the Overview button to read the details for that particular software which includes the description, features, required space, and so on:

Let’s see how easy is to install PrestaShop, for example.

Click the Install button under the PrestaShop application on your Softaculous front page:

Next, fill in the following details:

  • Installation URL: Choose your domain name and fill in the directory name. If you leave the directory name empty – it will install the software in the main directory.
  • Store Name: Name of your store.
  • Admin folder: Folder for your admin directory. We recommend changing this from the default value for security reasons.
  • Admin Email: Your email address where you’ll receive updates from Softaculous. This email address will also be set as your administrator email address in PrestaShop.
  • Admin Password: Your administrator user password. Make sure to use a complex password combination to avoid any potential security issues.
  • First Name: Your first name.
  • Last Name: Your surname.

Finally, click the Install button to proceed further:

Softaculous will show each stage of the installation process and show you the progress:

Once the installation is completed, Softaculous will show the URLs to your website and to the administration page:

Click the Return to Overview button. You will see the new PrestaShop website under the Current Installations section on the PrestaShop overview page, with several options available for it:

These options allow you to:

  • Create a staging website for this installation.
  • Clone this website.
  • Back up this particular website.
  • Edit details for the website.
  • Remove the website.

You can follow the same process to install any of the applications available in the Softaculous Apps Installer.
