Your payment method on your Skystra customer portal will automatically be set to the one you signed up with.
To edit or add a new payment method manually, log into your customer portal, click on the Billing tab in the main menu, and select Payment Methods:
If you have a credit card on file, you can edit it by clicking the Edit button.
To add a new credit card to your account, click the Add New Credit Card button and follow the prompts to save it.
If you have multiple credit cards on file, you can choose which one to set as your default payment method.
If only one credit card is on file, that will be the default one used for your subscriptions and services.
Removing old payment methods
If you want to remove the old payment methods from your account, please first add a new payment method using the steps above.
Once completed, reach out to our Support team and let us know which payment method you’d like to remove and we will remove it for you.
