When you point your domain name to our network using the Skystra nameservers and/or DNS records, it can take anywhere from a few hours to 24h for the new nameservers to take effect on your domain across the internet. You can monitor the update on your internet connection using a Skystra DNS tracker for your domain.
1. In your browser, open a new tab or window
2. In the address bar, type or copy in: https://yourdomain.com/skystra.html (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).
For example, for the skystrahelp.com, the DNS tracker link is: https://skystrahelp.com/skystra.html
3. Check the DNS status:
If the DNS has loaded on your internet connection, you will see our logo and the following confirmation message:
DNS Updated! Your are now connected to Skystra Cloud.
If the DNS has not yet loaded on your internet connection, you will see either a not found 404 error or a blank page on your Skystra DNS tracker link.
You can continue to monitor your Skystra DNS tracker link until you see the confirmation screen.
Please note this can take anywhere from a few hours to 24h to take effect.
