1. Go to your website’s store admin login page. Your store admin login page is in the following URL format: https://yourdomain.com/storeadmin (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name)
2. Click on Forgot your info?
3. Enter your email address* and click the Reset Password button.
*Note: You have to put in the email address associated to your store admin, or else the password reset will not work.
4. Check your email for your new password
5. Return to your website’s store admin login page and log in with your username* and password
*Note: Unless you set a personalized username, your store admin username will always be admin
