1. Go to the Mal’s Ecommerce login page
2. Under the Forgotten your password? section, click on ‘Click here if you can’t find it‘
3. Type in your username or Mal Account ID and tick off the I’m not a robot reCAPTCHA box.
4. Mal’s Ecommerce will send you an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
5. Go to your email and look for an email from Mal’s Ecommerce. This email will contain a new password for your account.
6. After successfully resetting your password, return to the Mal’s Ecommerce login page. Enter your email address and the new password. Tick the I’m not a robot reCAPTCHA and click on the Login button to access your account.
