Your hosting control panel username is a unique identifier which allows you to log in to your hosting control panel directly from your internet browser or connect to file management and transfers via SFTP.
You can locate your hosting control panel username from your customer portal.
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. If you have multiple hosting services, select the correct one from the dropdown. If you only have one hosting service, it will be selected by default.
3. Locate and click on the Hosting Information tab
4. Your hosting control panel username is indicated on the Username row. In our example, the hosting control panel username is skystrahelp
