Your hosting control panel password is a unique password which allows you to log in to your hosting control panel directly from your internet browser or connect to file management and transfers via FTP and SFTP.
You can change your hosting control panel password from your customer portal.
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. If you have multiple hosting services, select the correct one from the dropdown. If you only have one hosting service, it will be selected by default.
3. Click on the Change Password button from the left-hand menu
4. Insert or generate a new password and click Save Changes
IMPORTANT: Do not use the characters listed below in hosting control panel passwords, or else they will not work.
