As per ICANN regulations, to transfer a domain, it must be:
→ An active and non-expired domain name
→ At minimum 60-days out from its first date of registration or last transfer initiation date
For regular domain name transfer types, use the steps under Instructions (all domains)
For uk based domain names only, use the steps under Instructions (uk domains only)
Instructions (all domains)
1. Log in to your GoDaddy domain portal
2. Click on your domain name
3. Locate the Domain Lock section and unlock your domain
4. Locate the Domain Privacy section and turn it off
5. Click on Transfer to Another Registrar
6. You will get a popup where you can reveal the Authorization Code – reveal and copy it down
7. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
8. Click on Domains from the menu
9. Click the Add New button
10. Click on Transfer Domain
11. Type your domain name into the field, select the extension from the dropdown and click the Search button
12. Click the Add to Cart button
13. Paste in your authorization code into the EPP Code / Auth Code field
14. Click on the Add to Cart button for ID Protection (highly recommended to keep you safe from spam and fraud)
15. Click the Checkout button
16. Return to your GoDaddy portal
17. Locate the Transfers section
18. Click on Transfers Out
19. Select your domain name and click Approve Transfer
20. If you approve the domain transfer from your GoDaddy account, it will be released within the hour. If not, GoDaddy will take approximately 7 days to release your domain name. Once released, you will receive a confirmation email from our team and you will see your domain name listed on your Skystra customer portal.

1. Log in to your GoDaddy domain portal
2. Click on your domain name
3. Locate the Domain Lock section and unlock your domain
4. Locate the Domain Privacy section and turn it off
5. Click on Transfer to Another Registrar
6. Locate the Change IPS tag section and change your domain name tag to: NETEARTHONE
7. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
8. Click on Domains from the menu
9. Click the Add New button
10. Click on Transfer Domain
11. Type your domain name into the field, select the extension from the dropdown and click the Search button
12. Click the Add to Cart button
13. Click the Checkout button
14. GoDaddy will release your domain name within a few minutes. Once released, you will receive a confirmation email from our team and you will see your domain name listed on your Skystra customer portal.
