As per ICANN regulations, to transfer a domain, it must be:
→ An active and non-expired domain name
→ At minumum 61-days out from its first date of registration or last transfer initiation date
For regular domain name transfer types, use the steps under Instructions (all domains)
For uk based domain names only, use the steps under Instructions (uk domains only)
Instructions (all domains)
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. Click on Domains from the top menu

3. Locate your domain name and click the 3 dots … to the right of it
4. Click on Manage Domain from the dropdown

5. Click on Registrar Lock from the left-menu

6. Toggle off the Registrar Lock Status

7. Click on Get EPP Code from the left-menu

8. You will see your EPP code next to the The EPP Code for your domain: section

9. Copy down your EPP Code
10. Contact your new domain name registrar to submit your domain name transfer to their system
Instructions (uk domains only)
1. Contact your new domain name registrar and get your registrar tag, commonly called an IPS tag
2. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
3. Click on Domains from the top menu

4. Locate your domain name and click the 3 dots … to the right of it
5. Click on Manage Domain from the dropdown

6. Click on Release Domain

7. Enter the registrar tag your new domain registrar provided you in the New Registrar Tag field
8. Click the Release Domain button

9. Contact your new domain name registrar to submit your domain name transfer to their system
