Any domain name registration held on your Skystra account with auto-renewal enabled will be automatically renewed with your default payment method on file on its registration renewal date. If you would like to process an advanced renewal for your domain name, you can do so through your Skystra customer portal using the steps below.
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. Click on Domains from the main menu
3. Locate your domain name and click the three dots to the right …
4. From the dropdown, select Manage Domain
5. Under the Actions section, click on Renew Domain
6. For any domain name you’d like to renew, click the Add to Cart button(s)
7. Click the Checkout button
8. Once you’ve completed the checkout, you will receive an email confirmation for each domain name you’ve renewed
