An IP address is a number assigned to a website so that people can find and access it online.
You can find your hosting account’s IP Address on your customer portal.
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. If you have multiple hosting services, select the correct one from the dropdown. If you only have one hosting service, it will be selected by default.
3. Locate and click on the Hosting Information tab
4. Your hosting service IP address is indicated on the IP Address row. In our example, the hosting service IP address is 198.50.126.87
