You can view your service renewal dates from your customer portal.
Hosting subscriptions
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. If you have multiple hosting services, select the correct one from the dropdown. If you only have one hosting service, it will be selected by default.
3. Locate the Billing Overview tab, it will be selected by default
4. In the Billing Overview tab, locate the Next Due Date – this is the renewal date for your hosting service
Domain Names
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. Click on Domains from the menu
3. Locate your domain name
4. Locate the Next Due Date column for your domain – this is the renewal date for your domain name registration
