Your hosting subscription comes with pooled storage that can be used across your account for website files, databases and email data.
You can view your global email storage usage and individual email account storage usage in your hosting control panel.
To view your global email storage, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your hosting control panel
2. Click on the Account Usage button
3. Click on the Usage Statistics tab
4. Locate E-mail Disk Usage under the Setting column. You will see your global email usage indicated under Usage for the E-mail Disk Usage row.
Your global email storage is the total amount of storage all of the email accounts on your hosting account use.
To view the email storage for an individual email account, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your hosting control panel
2. If you have multiple domain names, click on your domain name next to the Domain: field to select the one you’d like to manage from the dropdown
3. Click on the Email Accounts button
4. Locate your email address, you will see your email account usage indicated under Usage
