An email sender name is the name that shows up in your recipients’ inbox when you send email to them.
You can manage your sender name in webmail.
1. Log in to your email through webmail
2. Click on Settings from the menu
3. Click on Identities
4. Click on the existing identity
5. Fill in fields, primarily the Display Name and Signature
6. Click the Save button
