Your customer portal contact information is the contact information associated to your customer profile.
To update your customer profile contact information, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your Skystra customer portal
2. Click on your name from the top-right
3. From the dropdown, select Account Details
4. There will be 2 contact information sections: Personal Information and Billing Address
You will see the email address field greyed out, this is intentional and in place for your security. In order to update the email address associated to your customer portal, open and submit a request to our team.
5. Update the required fields in each section and click the Save Changes button
If you’d like to change the first name and last name associated to your account, follow these additional steps:
6. Click on your name from the top-right
7. From the dropdown, select Your Profile
8. Update the First Name and Last Name fields
9. Click on the Save Changes button
